Doing Our Part to Help Flatten The Curve
Earlier this year the CDC recommended that all Americans wear masks and face covers while indoors or in situations where social distancing is not possible. Since then, many communities throughout the United States have made it a requirement to wear a mask while in public. As a clothing and apparel manufacturer based in the United States, we quickly realized that the demand for masks and face covers far outweighed the available supply in the United States. Furthermore, we knew that the DIY approach wasn’t for everyone, so we decided to do everything to help solve the shortage problem and started manufacturing cloth masks and face covers.
Optimized for Comfort and Functionality
After doing our research, formulating a design, and applying our high standards of printing and apparel manufacturing to our production, we came up with a design that we believe offers a high level of functionality, comfort and style. While most 2-3 ply masks contain 2-3 layers of 25-60 GSM (grams per square meter) fabric, our masks contain a single layer of 350 GSM spacer fabric. By using a single thicker layer of fabric, they are not only more comfortable to wear, but arguably more effective than your typical 2-3 ply mask.
Continuing to Do Our Part
Since March 2020, we’ve manufactured and distributed over 1,000,000 cloth masks and face covers and are continuing to design, produce and distribute masks on a daily basis.
